Special Office Update!

Baby Jayden came to us sooner than expected!

Jayden With Bottle Jayden with bottleMany of you know the docs were expecting their first baby this December…Dr. Krystal has been out of the office on bed rest due to early complications in her pregnancy and on October 8th a placental abruption called for an immediate C-section and the birth of their sweet baby boy.

Weighing in at a whopping 2 lbs. 14 oz., Baby Jayden has proven to be a strong little fighter!  All of his doctors did not have high hopes he would be able to breathe on his own for quite some time and would most likely suffer from an array of other complications due to his being premature and small size…but he had another plan.

He has been breathing on his own since day 5 and working on nursing/bottle feeding by day 12.  He is still resting and growing while in the Neonatal Unit at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, but with his amazing progress, will hopefully get to come home soon!Jayden hands and feet

We can’t thank you enough for all of the loving thoughts and prayers that have been sent our way!  We really appreciate all of our practice members…we have had an amazing amount of support and love that keeps us staying positive and hopeful and we can’t wait for you to meet our “little peanut” soon!
Love, Dr. Sean & Dr. Krystal  xoxo
