My experience at Clear Connections has been extremely positive so far! After years of ballet, an active lifestyle and a few injuries, I was struggling with widespread aches and pain resonating from the sacrum, mid back and headaches. After only a few weeks of adjustments, I am feeling amazing! Francis WatsonI like to think I listen to my body well. I am a triathlete, runner, and do CrossFit, so I am aware of aches and pains and when to back off. But when my back was hurting while simply walking I knew something was wrong. I was hurting badly and was referred to Clear Connections through my gym. They got me in quickly and got me started on a plan of attack. While this isn’t my first go around with chiropractic care, it’s definitely the place I finally needed to find. Knowing that they work with a lot of athletes (including many from my gym) made me feel better about knowing that their knowledge of what is needed for each individual person is considered. Within a couple weeks I was back to lifting and have slowly been progressing back to my regular lifting schedule since. I am back to sleeping better, and my recovery from heavy lifting days is going very well. I guess my third chiropractic office was the charm😁

They got me ready to golf and since then have made steady progress and my quality of life has improved drastically. After being adjusted I realized that previously I was leaning to the left too far. I also come here to clear my sinuses! Beware, adjustments are addicting!
