During pregnancy, my center of gravity was better due to adjustments and my swelling was very slim to none, unlike my first which I was super swollen and painful. After delivery there was much less lower back pain than my first as well!

At 3 weeks postpartum I snapped back to working out so much easier due to immediate adjustments after delivery. Clear connections was a God send I didn’t know I needed at the time!

I have been to many chiropractor over the years and Clear Connections is my favorite. While I’ve found adjustments to be quite painful in the past, Dr. Sean and Dr. Krystal are very gentle. My adjustments are very relaxing and I’m always disappointed when they are over!

They have a wonderful whole-body approach and have helped me in many areas of my health, not just back pain (I especially love how much more easily I breath after having my sinuses adjusted!)

I started going to Clear Connections during my second pregnancy and now take my children there as well. It doesn’t hurt that they have a great play area set up for the children! It’s a great practice for the whole family!

I was searching on Google for a pregnancy chiropractor in Grand Rapids, and found Clear Connections, whose website was very friendly and welcoming.

I have suffered from migraines for over 14 years and lower back pain for over 10. There were times my migraines had sent me to the ER. My low back pain made walking difficult, and regular activities that required bending would sometimes make my entire back seize up and shoot pains down my leg.

I tried other chiropractors, multiple prescription migraine medications, and have spent lots of money on massages to help, but nothing seemed to really take the pain away for good. Both symptoms seemed to worsen with my current pregnancy.

Upon your first visit to the office, you will be greeted warmly by smiling faces, welcoming you to the office. This visit is when we collect all of your diagnostic information to accurately evaluate you.
