Carpal Tunnel & Wrist Pain Relief Stretch
This exercise helps with carpal tunnel symptoms like numbness and tingling. The flexor muscles of the forearm are overworked because of our daily lifestyle habits like computer work, using your computer mouse, and working out using grip strength.
By doing the rubber band strengthening exercise it will help balance forearm strength by working the extensor muscles.
1. Hold your fingers and thumb close together. Keep them straight.
2. Put a rubber band around the outside of your fingers and thumb. Spread your fingers apart. Then slowly bring them together without letting the rubber band fall off.
3. Repeat up to 40 times or your level of comfort.
