Scholar-practitioner who has been studying Asian meditation theory and practice for over 20 years. As a former monk, he has many years of experience with the art of focusing, calming, and clearing the mind.
Benjamin McClintic is a scholar-practitioner who has been studying Asian meditation theory and practice for over 20 years. As a former monk, he has many years of experience with the art of focusing, calming, and clearing the mind, and is well-versed in the language, history, and craft of contemplative yogas. He has studied numerous major traditions in the long course of his career. Ben received his Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Master’s degree in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
