 We had a very powerful talk from Joe Martino yesterday and everyone learned some great anxiety reduction techniques and came out with a renewed lease on life.  Thank you for helping us put our stressors in perspective and natural healthy ways to deal with our anxiety!

**This nutrition Month in the office and here is your nutrition tip of the day:

Work towards ELIMINATING processed or refined sugars. All nutrients have been stripped from white sugars. It is hidden in many of manufactured food products we buy such pasta, rice, bread, soups, crackers, peanut butter, ketchup and many more. It’s American’s No.1 food additive. Also, know that brown sugar is nothing but white sugar with added molasses.
