I am a crossfitter and now pregnant with my second and they have helped me continue my training while pregnant and COMFORTABLY I might add! taryn herrickI came in to Clear Connections with severe back/hip pain and sciatic nerve pain through my leg and up my back. I also had constant tension in my neck and shoulders with headaches a few days a week. Since I’ve been coming here, and it has only been a couple weeks, I feel a million times better! The treatment I have received so far has been great, I work a desk job so my body does get pretty stiff, but the team at Clear Connections has been great at getting me treatment to help alleviate that stiffness to help my body feel less tense. Also they do a great job of explaining the treatment and giving you exercises to do on your own to continue to help your body improve.

I am a coach and an athlete with a pretty high volume training regimen and have dealt with a good amount of pain. That being said, I try to do what I can to take care of my body through mobility, flexibility, dry needling, cupping, you name it, and of course rest. Chiropractic care was sort of a last resort for me and honestly I wish I would have started it earlier. Sean, Mackenzie, and Krystal are gentle and caring all while getting you adjusted properly and getting your body to move the way it should.
